Education and Training
As a university educator specializing in mechanical and production engineering for 20 years, Webster has developed a range of training competencies that can be conveyed to all levels of engineers and shop-floor personnel.
On-site, modular courses can be developed for specific customers, to address topics that are currently inhibiting productivity and quality. Integration of classroom presentations followed by shop-floor sessions, is a powerful method of teaching grinding.

- Management of customer grinding projects at Saint Gobain Abrasives, in Europe and USA, 1998-2004
- Grinding publications include: 16 refereed journal papers; 49 conf. papers; 14 trade journal articles
- Active Member of CIRP
- Senior and Grinding Member of SME
- AMT Technology Issues Committee
